Return & Refund Policy
At Mother Lighting, we work closely with each client to ensure you find exactly what you're looking for. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns for aesthetic or preference-based reasons.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. To initiate a return for a damaged item, you must:
- Contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order
- Provide photo evidence of the damage
- We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you
Warranty Coverage All of our products are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties. For defects or issues covered under warranty, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly for the fastest resolution. We are happy to assist you locate the appropriate warranty contact for your product.
